MANAUS – Without a mask and causing agglomeration, the President of the Republic, Jair Bolsonaro (no party), participated, on the morning of Wednesday, 27, the 1st Public Consecration of Pastors, which took place at the Vasco Vasques Convention Center, in the West of Manaus.

During his speech, Bolsonaro stressed that people will be what they plant from now on. “I thank God for my life and for the opportunity”, he stressed. In another moment of the speech, Jair also stated that he has always been passionate about the military profession. “I stayed 15 years in the Brazilian Army and fate willed that I enter politics”, he emphasized.

Bolsonaro spoke directly to his supporters. The president’s speech tried to coincide with what the pastors wanted to hear, so much so that he raised applause when he spoke about family. “And the family is defined in the Bible. And it’s defined in the Constitution too. In the Constitution it says that (family) is (union of) man and woman”, said Bolsonaro. During the event, the president also received prayers from evangelical pastors.
