MANAUS – Aiming to encourage microentrepreneurship thinking, especially, to help those who lost or were damaged in business during the pandemic period, the Community Religar Manaus will hold on November 6, the ‘Feirão Religar’, bringing together professionals of beauty, aesthetics and services aimed at the health area. The event will be from 8am to 7pm, in the auditorium of the Evangelical Church Community Religar, Delfim Souza Street, No. 68, Raiz neighborhood, South zone of Manaus.

According to one of the organizers of the fair, Maria dos Milagres, 45, this is the second edition of the event, which had a kind of ‘pilot edition’ in June this year. “We saw that the idea would work and we decided to do something more focused this time. The project is aimed at helping entrepreneurs who, because of the pandemic, have closed their businesses and are now reinventing themselves. So, movements like this give more opportunities to professionals who need a hand to get back on their feet”, explains Maria.

Services and opportunities

Besides generating more opportunities for the micro entrepreneur, the organization also opens space for medium and large entrepreneurs of the city of Manaus to expose their services and products for sale. At the stands the visitor will have several options for shopping, services, and consumption, such as: orthopedic massage, beauty and aesthetic services, relaxing massage, suction cups, sales of clothing and costume jewelry.

Manicure services, eyelash placement, henna eyebrows, male and female haircuts, brushing, moisturizing, and skin cleansing will also be available. “This fair is different from the others, because our services have great prices and, in the other bazaars, they don’t have this complete beauty space. So, our project is not only about profit, but mainly about encouraging people to meet good professionals and, who knows, become loyal customers”, says Marília, who is a hairdresser and felt the difficulties caused by the pandemic.

“It wasn’t easy, and we who have loyal clients know how much it saves our income. I had to reinvent myself, even though I’ve been in the market for 15 years, imagine for those who are just starting out?”, says the hairdresser.

How to participate

According to Marília, there are, on average, 300 people directly engaged in carrying out the program. Entrepreneurs who are interested in participating can get in touch, for more information, through the phone/whats: (92) 99226-2716 or (92) 99129-0495 and talk to Mayanne Nascimento and Josiane Delgado.

“It is a very beautiful project, which encourages others not to give up and to be inspired to continue, even in such difficult times. Sometimes, a support is all we need”, concludes the beauty professional.
